Enjoyed my stay here while exploring the amazing Laguna de los Tres hiking trail. The cozy common areas made for a perfect spot to unwind after long days of trekking, and the views of Fitz Roy from the garden were very nice. The location was just a short walk from the main street and bus terminal. I appreciated the comfy beds and cleanliness throughout the facility.

My journey from doubt to delight
The location was easy to navigate, clean facilities made me feel at home, and the staff were helpful in planning my hikes.
Breakfast options were somewhat limited, and I found the shared bathroom situation less than ideal at times.

I was quite disappointed with the hot water situation in the shower. It was scalding hot without any warning.

I almost thought this place would be decent, until the morning front desk ladies decided to welcome me with cold shoulders. Nothing like a burned hand from scalding hot water to ruin a day, either. Expected a complimentary upgrade for all the inconveniences but was just treated like a regular guest. What a disappointment.

The warm, cozy atmosphere serves as a perfect retreat after long treks, complemented by the excellent service from staff who assist with everything from early breakfasts to trek advice. Waking up to amazing views of Fitz Roy right from the room is an lovely experience. Breakfast offerings included delicious cheese rolls. The shared bathroom setup could be awkward for some, and the noise from the common areas occasionally disrupted the quiet ambiance.
